Hello everyone! ❤ I’m Amanda and I LOVE living life to the fullest and helping others live the life of their dreams as well! I’m passionate about helping people design (and LIVE) a life that inspires them in every way. I believe that everyone has the potential to grow and live a life that blows their mind, and I want to help you make that a reality!

I got into self development a long time ago and wanted to be a “life coach” long before I even knew it was a real thing. I’ve learned so much about it through the years; but my life really took off full speed when I committed to hiring my own life coach. It was one of the most terrifying but also BEST investments I have ever made. I know how transformative this work can be and I have fallen in love with my life even more completely because of my life coach. I would love to help you fall in love with every single part of your own life and to share this journey of growth with you!!

I’m sure we will get to know each other more along the way; but here’s a little bit about me: I grew up outside of Chicago, I was a student athlete at THE Ohio State University (I was a setter on the volleyball team and got my bachelor’s degree in biological engineering), and after graduation I was diagnosed with UC and almost died (medications didn’t work and I got so weak that I temporarily lost my vision and use of my legs and needed emergency surgery). Needless to say, this put a damper on my plans to play professional volleyball. Over the next couple years I worked as an engineer/”science officer” (while I had more surgeries and built my strength back up) at a small grass-fed dairy plant where I fell in love with real food and taking care of the environment. I learned so much about REAL HEALTH during that whole time. After years of not being able to play, I decided to take a chance on my dream of playing professional volleyball in Europe, where I have been playing and living the past few years (in beautiful Graz, Austria, Ljubljana, Slovenia, and Thessaloniki, Greece). I absolutely LOVE to travel, I love nature and adventures, and I love growing.🌱❤If you’ve read this far, THANK YOU! And I’m so excited you’re here!❤

The doctors said that I would die within a few days if I didn’t have a high risk emergency surgery. But they didn’t have to tell me… I already felt it. I wouldn’t be here much longer and I barely had the strength to stand, much less walk across the room without passing out.
That is, in no way, something to feel sorry for me about. In fact, it’s something I am PROFOUNDLY GRATEFUL for!
I was given the unique opportunity to know what it felt like to look back on my life from my death bed – to reflect on how I had spent my time and clarify what was really important to me… and then I was given a second chance at life. Between my own perseverance and all the luck in the world, I got a bonus life!

I gained so much clarity and freedom through that experience; and I developed a very different kind of confidence than I had ever had before. It was the confidence to just go for it… because the worst that could happen (dying), I had already faced…

And I realized that the much worse fate would be to never really live.
Then, moving forward with all of that new knowledge, I learned so much more about myself and my true goals and values. I started reading books again for the first time since I was 10 years old, and I started learning more about living in alignment.
I had always done my best to live life to the fullest; but before that experience, I was always held back by doubts about what I “should” be doing or what kinds of things I “should” want in life.

But I learned that my instincts about what was important in life really truly were the things I would look back on with the best memories at the end of my life.
Life is happening right now. Today. Make sure you’re living it the way you want to.
That’s just one of the things that I’ve learned to help my clients with – gaining the kind of clarity to live exactly the life that you always dreamed of. Clarifying what is really important to you and exactly how you want to live your life!

Here are just some of the things that coaching has helped me with:

  • Gaining true, deep confidence in every area of life
  • Improving your health
  • Leveling up to the next, even more badass version of you
  • Learning to love yourself and your life
  • Building better relationships
  • Pursuing your dreams and passions
  • Positively influencing the lives of those you serve through your work and those around you
  • Rediscovering who you really are
  • Having the courage and tools to make career changes
  • Reaching goals that you never even thought were possible
  • Getting better at managing your time so that you can stop feeling overwhelmed all the time
  • Transforming your financial life
  • Making the world around you a better place
  • Falling in love with your body (including its “flaws”)
  • Having someone on the outside to help you see things more clearly and navigate life’s ups and downs
  • Getting to the next level in your career
  • Sparking a lifelong journey of growth and healing
  • Learning how to ask for (and more often than not get) what you want and deserve

This work affects every single part of life – at every level.
Hit me up if you’re curious about working together and we can talk about getting your goals rolling!
